Frequently Asked Questions
How does the licensing model work?
We offer a free Core version with basic features, 25 device licenses, and 3 users. Paid tiers include Advanced ($400) with 100 devices/25 users and Enterprise ($800 + Advanced) with unlimited devices/users. All licenses are perpetual with one year of updates included.
What network equipment vendors are supported?
Through Napalm integration, we support Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS, ASA, Juniper JUNOS, Arista EOS, VyOS, and more. The platform can be extended to support additional device types.
What kind of tasks can I automate?
You can retrieve device facts, run CLI commands, collect configurations, push configuration changes, and create complex custom workflows combining multiple operations across device groups.
How difficult is the installation process?
NetOps Console uses Docker and Docker Compose, making deployment straightforward across various environments. We provide detailed documentation for setup and configuration.
What happens to my data after the beta?
All your configurations and data will be preserved when we transition to the full release, ensuring a smooth migration from beta to production.
How secure is NetOps Console?
Security is a priority with features like role-based access control, secure credential storage, API key authentication, and detailed audit logging in higher license tiers.
