Licensing FAQ
What does "perpetual license" mean?
Once purchased, you can use the software forever without additional payments. There are no recurring subscription fees. The license never expires.
What's included in "1 year of updates"?
Your purchase includes all software updates, bug fixes, and new features released within 1 year of your purchase date. After that, you can continue using your current version indefinitely, or purchase a maintenance renewal for continued updates.
Can I upgrade from Core to Advanced later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. The features will be unlocked on your existing installation, preserving all your device configurations and data.
What happens if I exceed my device limit?
The system will prevent adding new devices once you reach your license limit. You can purchase additional device packs or upgrade to a higher tier to increase capacity.
Is there special pricing for beta testers?
Yes! Active beta testers who provide valuable feedback may receive a lifetime license for the Advanced Feature Pack (a $400 value) when we officially launch.
Can I try before I buy?
